Hello.
I received an email in August (14th) to reclaim my offers. I missed the email then but have clicked the link now. However, I do not see the "offer" tile. I realized that it has been a bit, but surely my offers would not expire in 2 months. That would be ridiculous. When I switched to Fios this summer, part of the incentive was the offers given to me. Please let me know how to proceed.
