I was promised a $200 Home Depot gift card and a $100 Verizon gift card when I signed up for Fios and have yet to receive them. I tried to redeem them online and kept getting an error message. I also attempted to chat with a rep twice but they kept sending me to the same steps I tried before and it kept failing. Now I am being told that the offer expired. I am disappointed by Verizon's lack of customer service and help in resolving this.
