I've received the offer link on the My Offers page. It just doesn't work. Every time I talk to support, they try to send me the link again via email. That is NOT the issue. The issue is that the link doesn't work. After clicking the link, signing into Google/youtube to claim Sunday ticket, it goes back to the Verizon page saying the error below. I've tried it all, on the Google side and the Verizon side. This is a Verizon issue and I shouldn't have to make it my job to chase support tickets to rectify this. I have been patient and kind to every support person I've talked to so far. They either don't care or they aren't trained to handle this error so they pass it off. If we don't get access to NFL Sunday Ticket like we were promised, we are owed the $250 it costs for the membership. It's that simple.
