I purchased Verizon Fios Home Internet (the largest option) and was told it came with NFL Sunday Ticket but it has been impossible to get any answers on how to redeem it!
No email and I keep getting passed around from one service rep to another.
I need help. Can Verizon Fios please help before we decide to drop the service due to lack of care for customers.
