Never Received $200 Gift Card

Hello, I have started my 1GB fios internet plan this year 2023 February.  As part of the plan, I was told that I would receive a $200 gift card sometime in April. However, there has not been an option to redeem since. I've looked at the portal and my email inbox repeatedly for this. I have even called the customer service line regarding this issue twice. Both times they reassured me that I would receive it, but it has been a month since my last call and I still have not received anything. What is going on?
