No "for you, on us "tile

When I log on to my account , I can not find the "for you, on us " tile for a $50.00 Home Depot gift card. I have been trying for over a month to redeem this to no avail . When I log on it says I am logged on as a guest. Why ? How do I resolve this before the offer expires ?
