Not able to redeem $200 Gift Card or Switch

I have been trying to redeem my home offers for signing up. When I click on redeem offer for gift card it says page unresponsive. I also redeemed for Switch and JBL 2 months ago and got order number but nobody can tell me the status. Please help I have spent a ton of time calling and nobody can help
