Not receiving my $200 gift card

Hi there,

I switched my internet to Fios and part of it was for a promotion for a $200 gift card to Home Depot. The offer showed up under My Fios about a month ago (I waited the appropriate amount of time which was around 65 days if I remember right) and went through and redeemed it on the website. However, I never received any gift card. 

I have called the rewards center 4 times and they have tried to send me the gift card every time to my e-mail address on file but I have not yet received it. I don't want to keep calling the rewards center since all they do is issue a new gift card which is not ending up getting to me.

Could I get some help for this? I have a tracking number and everything for the supposed gift card. Thank you for any help.
