Upgraded Fios internet and was happily surprised when offered free NFL ticket for a year. Install took place 9/12. No email activation received. One hour On chat tonight to be told “glitch” the offer was cancelled !!!! Waited on chat for the hour only to be told sorry, not sorry they can’t add it
we have been with Verizon 20+ years. This isn’t our first disappointment in offers not being honored.
years ago mobile upgrade was to give $250 Visa card per line for the upgrade. Took 4 months of persistence and demanding and finally they honored it
how ridiculous that THEY told us it was a free offer since we upgraded only to have another employee ERR and cancel it
certainly not a way to keep a longtime customer wanting to stay a customer with so much competition available out there
