So I switched to Verizon fios back in December, for the Xbox series x promotion.  

later on, I was able to redeem for the Xbox series x console and the gift card. 

I went through put the order in and everything and boom got an email for the order confirmation. 

Months go by, I see the status on my order pending and waiting to be shipped until eventually POOF! My order status isn’t on my account anymore. 

So I can customer service/support, and they figure out that something happened through the system. They begin a ticket and tell me they will call me the following Monday with information on when the Xbox will be shipped as it should have months prior. Come next Monday, NOTHING from Verizon, no information or nothing. Now for the last two months, I have been calling almost every week trying to figure out why I’m getting no update, information on why my Xbox was never shipped and why Verizon isn’t sending it and upholding their promotion. 
after a phone call today, I was told that Verizon doesn’t have any Xbox’s now and won’t send one out to me.

 

i would be okay communicating different options such as receiving the current promotion (the Nintendo switch) instead but I just want this all figured out.
