I have not been subscribed to Netflix or Peacock since at least last year. I just started my Fios account this year. I can click through to Buy Peacock, get Neflix and it shows 79.99/yr. I click get it now. Verify billing and payment (tried two different). I check the acknowledgement and click Accept and continue. Within about two seconds, it pops up and says
"Oh no! We encountered a problem. Please try again later."
Later never comes. It has not worked in days.
