In the beginning of this year I redeemed a $200 gift card that I was offered. Later in the year I moved and decided to improve my services. During signing I was promised two more gift cards — one for $100, and one for $200 both redeemable on the same day. After redeeming both I only received the $100 card and decided to make some calls. Turns out they can not issue me the $200 gift card because it has not been over 9 months and there is “nothing they can do about it”. I even have the messages saved from the agent who set me up with this service assuring me that I would be able to receive $300 in gift cards on the same day. After hours and hours of trying to figure this out it seems like there is nothing I can really do except turn the other way and accept the credit they offered that doesn’t even cover half of what I was promised. Wondering if something like this has happened to anybody else? Or if there’s another approach I should take?
