I signed up for Fios in June and was promised a $200 Home Depot gift certificate. I was supposed to be able to redeem this on August 18th. The tile was originally visible under Home Offers, but come August 18th the tile disappeared.
On and after August 18th I have received multiple emails telling me that my offer was ready to redeem, but now the tile is nowhere to be found under Home Offers. I have contacted Verizon representatives about this issue and have been offered no help.
I would like the $200 gift certificate that was promised to me when I signed up for these services...
