I am having the same problem as MANY others. I received the email that I am now eligible for the Chromebook Go and Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 offer from when I signed up for service. I have been trying to redeem that offer for several days and I only receive the message: "We're sorry. There was an error when adding this promotion to your account. Please try again later."
