I keep getting the emails about my “offer being ready” for everything I was promised at sign up. When I sign in everything says “no offers available”. Been on the phone & chat for over 8 HOURS over the past week about this & nobody can help. I’m promised $400 in Home Depot gift cards, $50 Xbox gift card, & a MoCA Ethernet adapter. The gift card department just wants to instead offer me Verizon gift cards as a solution for these issues but that’s not what I was promised as sign up so it’s false advertising, shady business practices, & breach of contract. I have incident numbers about these but no way to check the status of them.
