Signed up months ago, tired to redeem the $200 Gift Card offer and received an email saying it was on the way and I should have it within 7-10 business days. Flash forward over a month, no card. I Chat with a rep, after a bunch of back and forth, I am told its on its way and I should have it in a few days. Flash forward another month, no luck. I try again and am told the same thing. Guess what.... no card. Third time is the charm right? Nope. I even talked to a nice lady on the phone who said that there was an issue, but I should have it in 48 hours. Nope. I am convinced this offer is a complete miss reprsentation to get folks to sign up. Hopefully someone will see this early enough to dodge the bullet.
