Student discount renewal not working

I am facing a problem with the student discount renewal not working. I have been trying to contact support throughout the day and they are saying issue is with ID.me

I've had the same problem for a few months now. Trying to get through to someone who actually tries to figure out what the problem is instead of sending me the same email link then disconnecting the call has been impossible so far. 

Has anything worked for anyone?
