I ordered my Fios internet plan with a offer called 'free Samsung Chromebook +100 gift card'. I received an email with an embedded promo code. It directed me to the Samsung website, but i was only able to redeem the Chrome book. It doesn't work for the $100 e-certificate. I spent hours on the phone with Samsung customer service (both promotion team and ecommerce team) and they said it is a Verizon issue, that Verizon needs to give me a new or different code. I did the same with Verizon who stated that since I received the code it is a Samsung issue. I even did 2 three-way calls with Verizon and Samsung on the line, both pointing the finger at each other.
I'm in a dead loop now since Verizon representatives ask me to contact Samsung and Samsung wants to me ask Verizon.
Need someone senior at Verizon to sort this out for me and all other customers having to deal with his broken process.
