Unable to claim offer for Samsung Chromebook Go

I'm having the exact same issue as apparently quite a few other Verizon customers are. I am trying to redeem my reward for the Samsung Chromebook Go which was offered when signing up for my Fios home internet offer.

 

I've tried to redeem this over for the past week, but every time, I receive the same error: "There was an error when adding this Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go on us promotion to your Verizon account. Please try again later."
