VERIZON GIFT CARD

I attempted to redeem several welcome bonuses, specifically $200 and $100 Verizon gift cards. However, each redemption is marked as “on hold due to past due balance,” even though I have no outstanding balances. It has been over a month, and I have been actively trying to obtain my gift card.
Here are my thoughts:
When I call Verizon for assistance, I’m transferred to multiple sales representatives, even to the point where I ended up being directed to a Medicaid number. No one is forcing the company to associate itself with these gift cards.
Consider this little bit of math: if 1 million people signed up for the gift card, that amounts to $100 million. Assuming each customer pays about what I do, that could total around $500 million a month.
Some customers don't hesitate to switch to other networks and even encourage their neighbors to do the same. My brother-in-law once mentioned that Verizon isn't worth it. It's important not to underestimate customers. If the gift card promotion isn’t effective, it may be time to explore different strategies to enhance your services.
I am still waiting for my gift card. Even if I decide to leave the network, I will still reach out to claim my gift card.
