Verizon keeps lying about cancelling my Disney+

I have called Verizon fios FOUR times at the beginning of each month since April telling them I want Disney+ cancelled since it was an add on THROUGH Verizon. When I go throughDisney+, it passes me through to the Verizon app to manage my subscription yet the page it brings me to my front page with no indication that I even have Disney+, yet every month I see not only one but TWO charges for Disney+. Every month that I call,  the agent just gives me a credit and claims it won’t appear on my next bill yet here I am in July with two charges for Disney+ for $10.99 each. I don’t know what drugs Verizon is on but this literally illegal to charge people for a service they have asked numerous times to have cancelled and continue to do so anyway. Verizon support is utterly useless! I saw on these community boards people have had similar experiences trying to cancel Disney+, I swear if I had a choice I would cancel my entire Verizon account but my neighborhood stupidly allowed Verizon to monopolize it.
