Dear Verizon Fios,
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the recent experiences I’ve had with your customer service. The wait times on hold and for chat representatives have been excessively long, which is unacceptable. I've found myself waiting for extended periods without any clear communication or updates, making the process unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. Further, when I thought I had a chat rep, she just disappeared and no one has responded since. This is horrendous.
Additionally, for the reason I actually called I was promised a promotional tablet upon signing up for Fios internet nearly a year ago. To date, I have not received any information or updates regarding this promotion. I have reached out multiple times, only to be met with vague responses or no resolution. This lack of follow-through on your part is highly disappointing and has left me feeling neglected as a customer.
I expect better service and transparency from a company of Verizon's stature. Please address these issues promptly and provide the promotional tablet I was promised, as well as a commitment to improve your customer service wait times. I look forward to a swift resolution to these concerns.
