Where's my Home Depot Gift Card???

I waited the required number of days with my new Fios service & followed the steps to redeem the offers that came with the new service, which included Verizon gift cards & a $200 Home Depot gift card. My account shows that I redeemed the offers &  I have received the details for the Verizon gift cards. However, what I haven't received is ANYTHING about the Home Depot gift card!!! After reading ALL of the posts, it seems that I am NOT alone! What's the problem? How do I get the actual Home Depot gift card that I redeemed & was promised????????
