Where’s my sign-up home depot and verizon gift cards ??

I was offered $200 Home Depot Gift Card, $100 Verizon Gift Card and $50 Verizon gift card to switch over from Xfinity to Fios. Never got any of these. Followed up a few times 6 months back when I signed up - kept hearing it will come and all. Life took over.. remembered today and called again- the customer service agent said I must have been given already and there is nothing they can do. Spoke to me as if I was lying about not getting the redemption. So disappointed
