I had Fios installed on 1/19, and redeemed my xbox offer that day. I have the order information, and the order shows on my dashboard (status 'processing'). I have reached out multiple times and been told that it can take up to 6 weeks to ship... but it has been 12. I have redeemed and received all other offers with this promotion with no issue.
Has it taken anyone else this long to receive their XBox? Has anyone received them at all?
