i redeemed my xbox today december 11. why is there no confirmation...in email or on the verizon app? i called Fios promotions several times and still no confirmation.

and yet, verizon is fast sending me emails of when my bill is due....4 days after newly installed service. theyre quick to send emails about mobile plan promotions.

was this all a ploy to switch to verizon?
