I’ve been trying to redeem the Xbox gift card and I get a URL not found message. I spoke with a support person over a week ago and was told, “it’ll be escalated”. Well, that did no good. Anyone able to actually redeem this card? I tried opening Verizon on 3 different devices and different browsers with no luck either.
