I'm 77 days in. I didn't look like I was going to get a resolution. I found out that Verizon is partnered with a firm. A firm is the finance company that has Xboxes and finances amount at like 35 to $37 a month to get your Verizon executive to work on getting you the lump some credit on your account and then you can just buy it from a firm and have it delivered. Hopefully my problem after 77 days will be resolved in 24 hours. Fingers crossed
