nurse discount not working

I am a nurse, have been for many years. I've been verified through ID.Me for years and had the nurse discount applied to my Verizon Fios account in the past. It's still active on my Verizon wireless account.

I've tried to re-apply for it for my FIOS but am getting the same error others have gotten about Verizon not being able to verify that I'm eligible despite my ID.Me account being fully verified and working for other companies and discounts. I have tried multiple attempts to have this fixed through chat but it was useless, no one seems to know how to help. Who can I contact to have this issue resolved and my discount applied?

I'm sick of over paying for Verizon and will cancel/switch providers if I can't get this resolved.
