I cannot redeem my $200 gift card. My order was installed on Feb 28th, it is now June 9th. I still am not able to redeem the gift card. I had to call verizon 5 times regarding this. The customer service agent I spoke to this morning was extremely rude and has no etiquette of what customer service even means.
