 If my download speed is averaging between  2.5 - 10 mbps and the upload is ranging between 50 to 100 mbps , I would assume my router is in an ok location.  As a rule, the upload speeds are always lower than download speeds.  My situation is just the opposite. 

In the last couple of weeks the download speed has been reduced to a crawl.  Was in a chat for an hour last week that went through the turn off/turn on/factory reset routine.  Then again in a chat a week later, for over two hours.  Still no answer or resolution.  I'm disappointed with the service and I'm not getting any answers as to why.

I find it questionable that the service speed decreased at the same time I didn't continue the Disney plus package.

Is there other APNs I can try?   Is it unlikely I will see any improvement in the short time? Will subscribing to a streaming add on return me to a decent speed?

I've been home internet customer since last April of '22, but  if this issue cannot be resolve - I will be forced to look for a new ISP.
