8 day Fios outage

My internet has been down since 12/4/2023. According to the Verizon chat system, no progress has been made in terms of diagnosing or repairing the problem.

I have called every day. The technical support staff are polite but they simply tell me to wait until the repair time has been exceed. The estimated time to repair has shifted from 12/9 to 12/13 in 8 to 12 hour increments for no reason.

Are there any ideas for solving this problem?
