A Total Failure 6 months and Counting

It has been almost 6 months, 28 tickets,  9 in-house service techs, 1 new ONT and power brick, 1 new router, and an entire shifting / rewriting of the fiber optics in my apartment since this started and nothing has helped this. Verizon has done nothing to remedy my situation. A complete and total failure across the board. I lose internet everyday, repeatedly, for hours on end. All lights stay on but the ONT Ethernet port goes black. My account does not recognize my router nor my devices. my account does not recognize that I own a Verizon router and instead lists it as a personal router. I am unable to manage anything related to my wifi from the app or the verizon website on any device. I have no gateway information (IP, MAC, serial number, etc.) do not appear on my account. I cannot factory reset devices or manage them. I am unable to set up the SON as I get an error message. I get BCS errors constantly. There are many other problems I am forgetting to list and no one on Verizon’s end attempts to help. I am tired of this. 

Every technician shrugs their shoulders and does nothing useful or investigative. Nothing ever is escalated to higher levels after multiple requests. I am paying 100 a month to not have internet. I need assistance. Once again, I am tired of this. Fix this please
