Abysmal troubleshooting and service

Honestly, I’ve avoided getting my fios line serviced (for what  is likely a repeat of rodents chewing an exterior wire) because the troubleshooting steps needed to get a technician out  are more onerous than not having internet. Really an abysmal website that crashes out halfway through the troubleshooting or reroutes me back to the beginning  of the process for no reason whenever service goes down

I would cancel altogether but that promises to be an even bigger headache than paying a bill for nonfunctional internet.

I’ll eventually free a weekend so I can get out of whatever sick sociological experiment Verizon is running by cancelling and returning their equipment.
