Account not activated for 2 weeks

I placed this order nearly two weeks ago but the service has not been activated until now. Two appointments were scheduled for a technician to come in to complete setting up the count but no one showed up. I contact you several time and every time I am informed that everything will be working in a couple of days but in vein.!! You are lying to customers ... very unprofessional!
