I have a g1100 that appeared in good working condition until suddenly today the same time a specific machine on network crashed oddly, the router stopped accepting password for admin and tech could not reset or get it to allow change.
I did settings reset first using button on back. Still didn't login using same password that worked two days ago. Then full factory reset but no luck.
Tech did remote full reset and couldn't change password either and no logs or anything remained to check. Sending another
The fact that a home server crashed same few hours that this happened concerns me. Did a full boot time scan no issues caught.
Had anyone had similar issues? I can't see any strange login activity on any full desktop machines but maybe an IOT device compromised or somehow the router itself was targeted?
Anyone else have issues like this? I was able to get in just fine days ago and remote admin at user level was disabled.
