I signed up for Fios 1 GB plan in June 2023. At the time of sign up I was eligible for four promotional offers that were advertised and added to my new account sign up summary. Two of the offers were added to my account for redemption. But the soundbar, offer and $100 Verizon Gift card offer was never added to mint account for redemption after required wait period for new accounts. When I tried to chat with customer services they said promotion has expired. It feels like this is bait and switch technique Verizon uses to make customer sign up for new services, make them wait for promotions and then donโt honor the promotions and hope customers will forget And never follow up.
