All “Broadband Connection Settings” are effectively disabled

Hello all. I recently migrated my home internet to use 5G Home Internet (WNC-CR200A) and I was having difficulty changing its DNS provider to a self-hosted solution for content filtering, similar to the one described in this closed post. The issue lies not in the directions described, but the options presented to me in the gateway’s Advanced settings.

From Network Settings > Network Connections > Network Connection Broadband Settings, all options under WAN IP Address are grayed out and inoperable. The only option that responds to any interaction is the Internet Protocol dropdown, which provides no alternative. I would provide a screenshot if this forum supported native file uploading, but regardless to say, this is rather inconvenient. I’ve been unable to find any other relevant resources within the gateway or online.

The router’s on Firmware Version 13.00334.030.0. I didn’t immediately find an update button, so my apologies if this is indeed out of date.

Have a different router(ask-ncq1338fa) but exactly same problem.
According to js scripts "Internet Protocol" dropdown menu doesn't have any options when "t.$store.getters.routerSupportCellular || t.backupWAN" (means any of these variables is true) so per my understanding if it's LTE\5G router(cellular) then all other options are not available. "IPv4 DNS" dropdown is disabled with the same conditions as well. But question is "why?".
