I signed up for 5G Home Plus on 1/10/24. We were supposed to get a $200 Amazon Gift Card. The rep told me to use a desk top to activate - that I would see a tile on the account, just click it and follow instructions. I have gone to MyVerizon and there is no tile. Offer states we'd have a 60 day time frame to get the gift card. It has been only 20 days. Can you please assist?
