I tried to check the availability of Verizon Fios Internet at the address where I am going to move in next month on the website. However, I was unable to check it because I could not find the address. The website showed only APT 1, not APT 2. According to the website, it is available for APT 1, the next to APT 2. By the way, I am wondering if I can use Verizon Fios Internet APT 2, not APT 1. How can I check it?

Contact an official customer service representative and ask to create a FAST ticket to have a "sub-address" created in the availability database, depending on whether there is outside plant available.
