For days I have been trying to log into various apps (cbsports, foxsports) which require me to log into a fios account. Each time I enter the login credentials, I get a Bad Gateway 502 error page with the letters "nginx". I am able to login directly to the fios site so I know I have the right username and pwd.
It looks like a lot of others have had this issue as well, but I have yet to see a solution as to why this has been going on for days or how to get it resolved. I was on chat session with support for over an hour and nothing was resolved. Can someone please help?
