Hello,

What is going on with FIOS? Why is the quality going down so much? We had a scheduled FIOS internet only install for Friday 6/28/19 at 2pm. The tech came out and said that Verizon's contractor never dug a new line into the property from their local box on the street (we have all underground utilities). He left and I havent heard a response since. Now we have no FIOS and I am on wait for over 30 minutes with people who have no idea what they are doing just trying to re-schedule me for 2 freaking weeks after the original install. What do I do? The only thing I can think of is contacting the BBB for help.
