Mr. Christian was the best account executive I’ve encountered. Without his help, I would’ve never switched over to Verizon. I have been with Comcast for the last 5 years, I have been approached numerous times in the past by Verizon Sales reps urging me to switch, but until Mr. Christian, none of them were able to set me up with the static IP I needed for my account. Mr. Christian was the first to help me get this set up properly. He was able to offer me the best deal at my 3 locations, I compared the offerings from Verizon and Comcast and Comcast was not able to match Verizon’s deal even remotely. I’m extremely happy with the service I have received so far.
Your technician Mr. Antonio came out yesterday with his assistant to install our service yesterday, including the Verizon router and all related peripherals, everything was done quickly and professionally. I had 3 services set up at 3 different locations within 3 months from Verizon, Mr. Antonio and his helper were the best installers I’ve encountered. He noticed that my table was too small to accommodate the router, so he mounted the equipment neatly to the wall via a little shelf to save what little space I had left on my desk. If I had met him earlier, I would’ve requested him for every install I had.
