I spoke to Verizon on September 4th to cancel my service. I was told that my billing cycle starts on the 25th and that if I terminated my service on the 24th I would not receive another bill. Unfortunately, I was billed and after speaking to another customer service representative they insist that I canceled on the 25th. I've debated with the team and told them to send me the transcript from September 4th. They will not and have cheated me out of $49.99.
