There is some kind of Verizon Fios head end box in my garage and it is beeping pretty loud every 10 -15 mins or so. Im guessing it is a battery issue or something but not sure of next steps.
Please advise.

Unplug the battery for about five minutes, and then re-connect it. Usually stops the beeping if the battery is not bad.
If the battery is more than five years old, consider getting a replacement at any place that sells a similar battery. You can also silence the beeping by keeping the battery disconnected in most cases.

I keep my router and computer on a battery backup. However, if the battery is bad in the ONT (box in your garage), power flickers in the FiOS system will still cause temporary outages.) Depending on the model of yours, you can find them on Amazon.com cheap. I bought this replacement for mine.
