Broken ONT enclosure, quickest was to get it replaced?

Help! My ONT enclosure box broke off of my house. It appears the  s c r e w  mount snapped off the box. The box has been very fragile and this is not the first time something broke off of it before. When a technician was working on it he advised me another  s c r e w  mount broke off but it would be fine as the top one is still mounted. How can I get this replaced in the easiest way possible? I don't want to have to wait on hold with support for an hour. Is there a claims request I can make? I am worried water may seep into the box due to the crack in the top. I have temporarily taped it off. Thank you!
