Hello,
I have been using a G1100 router for the past 3 years as a rental (very stupid).
I called them and asked if I could buy this same router, and they denied. They say I can buy a new one from them.
Is there a way I could buy this same used one (of course at a cheaper price)?
Thanks

Are you internet only? You can get your own router. You do need to have an ethernet connection from the ONT to your router.

Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I am internet only.
My question is why they do not let me purchase the used Fios router I have (and works very well) at a discounted price. Is there anyway to convince them do that? The representative was insisting that I hav to buy a new G1100.

I think it has to do with their inventory system. That's why I say if you are going to buy a router there are ones out there with better wifi then the G1100.
