COMPLAINT - FIOS set up

Due to system issues at your end, you are unable to take my deposit to complete my fios order.  After spending 4 hours on the phone yesterday, we couldn't resolve the issue.  Today your colleague called me to finalise the order, but it's still not working.  If we can't make this link work, then my only option is to cancel the order, and that's the advice you, Verizon/Fios, are giving me.  I don't want to cancel.

I can walk into any one of your stores today and pay the deposit, it's not an issue. But I find it unbelieveable that you would suggest me cancelling my buisiness rather than find an alternative way to take the payment??  Is this really the only option?
