Cannot get my upload speeds on WiFi higher than 150mbps w/ any device, even when standing right next to the CR1000A router. Have WiFi 6e compatible devices as well. Download speeds are crazy fast(>800), but not sure what settings to change to enhance upload speed performance? Any suggestions?

Ditto same exact thing here using the cr1000b, and I have my own cr1000b which I've tried switching in resetting firmware to default (apparently Verizon communicates with the owned cr1000a as if I was leasing that one like the b I am) anyways the cr1000a tops out ALWAYS at max 200 mbps up , the 1000b consistently gets like 150 or less upload speeds like every other day if I remember to do a speed check sometimes a router reboot fixes it and I mean by physically unplugging the AC adapter not restarting using the firmware or Verizon's webpage that can control the router, and if that does not work I'll attempt a factory restore and that usually works but not always, and as you stated im constantly getting 6ghz band and most of the time im not and other then going to router settings page disabling SON, then enabling it and reconnecting to the router is pretty much the only thing other then it coming back in time whenever it feels like doing so, thankfully my phone shows 6E above Wi-Fi signal always (meaning its connected to all 3 bands, and only shows 6 when connected to dual bands 5 and 2.4ghz bands or i probably wouldn't of 3cer recognized this horrible pattern).
And I never really used moca but both routers Leased CR1000B and my paid CR1000A only will allow moca connections only INSTANTLY after a router hard reset via Verizon Web page only, if you attempt a moca connection even a few mins after the hard reset and was not connected while using hard reset, under the router settings page under moca says disconnected and it's like in grey font, I've attempted to enable disable moca tried other moca devices but only way is to hard reset either router to factory firmware and only using Verizon's hardware management webpage as apparently the settings page for the router does not truly have the ACTUAL true factory image and somehow has a non factory image file but saved under the same exact filename id imagine as the factory router image file somehow)

Had the same issue with CR1000A.
Verizong sent me a CR1000B and I now get 400mbps up. Tested on multiple WiFi 6 devices.
2020 MacBook Pro
2022 Mac Studio
iPhone 14 Pro
all show 400mbps up with the new router all within a few feet of the router.
