I checked the manual here https://www.verizon.com/supportresources/content/dam/verizon/support/consumer/documents/internet/ver... for disabling Upnp on my CR1000A router. The pdf says there should be a "Universal Plug and Play" option under "Network Settings" but on my CR1000A there isn't. It's supposed to be just under "Network Connections" but it's missing. The page I'm referring to is on page 131 of the pdf.
How do you disable Upnp?

I am having the Exact same problem.
Got new 1G Verizon setup with CR1000A and it's extender E3200.
PC hangs off Extender via RJ45.
Game wants to use port 15197.
Port forwarding enabled.
Firewall set to low.
But still I can't make a telnet session to IP:15197.
Friend said "Ensure UPnP is enabled".
I see it in the manual but not on the router itself.

It is located under -> Devices >Universal Plug & Play you have to access this after choosing the Advanced tab.
